And now, a retrospective...


Last weekend we went to the local farmer's market for the first time and stocked up on some goodies, including fresh organic veg, chicken thighs, sea bream, pheasant and apple grills, homemade pesto and houmous and a buffalo steak. The first meal from our haul was as follows:

MENU

Pan fried Puddledub Buffalo steak with celeriac and potato rosti, roasted balsamic beetroot on a bed of watercress, all drizzled with a kicking horseradish sauce...so good


All munched down in 15 minutes before rushing out to the cinema.

Left-overs making an awesome steak sandwich the next day.
