A slightly different slant on the traditional recipe, we combined onions, garlic, lamb mince, tomato puree, chopped tomato, tobasco, lea na dperrins, HP sauce (key ingredient to perk it up) and red wine to give a nice rich sauce, layering it with spinach and topping with mashed potato.
